The Ministry of Justice provided Santa Cruz with tools to implement the Juvenile Criminal Regime
Justice Minister Juan Bautista Mahiques provided tools to the Ministry of Social Development of Santa Cruz to implement the Juvenile Penal Regime, supporting Law 27,801. The RPJ System will facilitate the supervision and management of youth in conflict with the law, including training and manuals for supervisors. This initiative is part of a collaboration agreement between the Ministry of Justice and the province to consolidate this new institutional approach nationwide.
