The PFA extradited to Uruguay a fugitive with an INTERPOL red notice for arms and drug trafficking
The Argentine Federal Police (PFA) extradited a Uruguayan citizen wanted on an INTERPOL red notice for involvement in arms and drug trafficking. The arrest took place in February 2026 when he tried to evade a security checkpoint in Concordia, Entre Ríos. The extradition process was conducted by the Federal Court of Concordia in collaboration with the Federal Department of Investigations and INTERPOL authorities.
