Terms of Service

These terms govern all use of the MileiHoy website and the content, services and products available on or through it (together, the “Site”). The Site is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of these terms and of the other rules and policies MileiHoy publishes, including the Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to all of its terms, you may not access the Site or use its services.

Anyone may read the Site. To create an account or purchase the Premium subscription, you must be over 18 years old or have the authorization of your parent or guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. MileiHoy will not be liable for any acts or omissions resulting from your failure to do so.

MileiHoy gathers news from national media, official websites and social networks and analyzes it with artificial intelligence. The summaries, the political framing percentages, the sentiment analysis and the social media pulse are AI-generated estimates: they are provided for information purposes, do not constitute objective truth and may contain errors.

Original articles belong to their outlets and authors, and we always link to the source. News photographs are official press images reused with credit to the issuing agency (Argentine Law 11,723) or, when there is no official photo for the topic, free-license illustrative photos from Pixabay credited to their authors.

MileiHoy is an independent project. It is not affiliated with Javier Milei, La Libertad Avanza or Argentina's national government.

By purchasing the Premium subscription, you agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase. Payments are processed in advance through Mercado Pago (in pesos, from Argentina) or Stripe (in dollars) and cover the chosen subscription period.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, and you authorize us to charge the current price (plus applicable taxes) to the payment method on file. You can cancel it at any time from “Manage subscription”; you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Price changes. We may change prices by giving you at least thirty (30) days' notice. The new price will apply from the next renewal.

Refunds and right of withdrawal. Partial periods are not refunded. Notwithstanding the above, you may withdraw from the purchase within ten (10) calendar days of buying it, at no cost or liability, under Article 34 of Argentina's Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240, by writing to us through Contact.

By using the Site, you agree not to:

• copy or extract its content in an automated, large-scale way (scraping);
• resell, republish or present MileiHoy's summaries and analyses as your own;
• interfere with the operation of the Site, breach its security or introduce malicious software;
• use the contact form to send spam, threats or illegal content.

MileiHoy may, at its sole discretion, suspend or deny access to anyone who breaks these rules.

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property of MileiHoy or of third parties. The MileiHoy brand, its logo, its design and its analyses belong to MileiHoy; other brands and logos belong to their respective owners. Using the Site does not give you any right to reproduce them.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe any material published or linked on the Site infringes your rights, let us know through Contact. We will review it and, where appropriate, remove the material or its links, and we may terminate the access of repeat infringers.

The Site links to media outlets, official websites and social networks that MileiHoy does not control. We are not responsible for their content or their use, and linking to them does not imply endorsement. We recommend taking the necessary precautions to protect your devices when visiting them.

MileiHoy may modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to review it periodically; continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. Any new features or services we add will also be subject to this Agreement.

MileiHoy may suspend your access to all or part of the Site at any time. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, simply stop using the Site and, if you have a subscription, cancel it. MileiHoy may cancel a paid subscription only if you materially breach this Agreement and fail to cure the breach within thirty (30) days of notice, unless the service shuts down entirely. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect after termination.

The Site is provided “as is.” MileiHoy does not warrant that it will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. You use its content and services at your own discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, MileiHoy will not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, for service interruption or data loss, or for any amount greater than what you paid MileiHoy in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nor is it liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

You agree to hold MileiHoy harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the Site in violation of this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement limits the rights granted to you by Argentina's Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to any right consumer protection rules grant you to choose another jurisdiction.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and MileiHoy regarding its subject matter. If any provision is held invalid, it will be interpreted according to its original intent and the rest will remain in effect. MileiHoy's failure to exercise a right on one occasion is not a waiver of it. MileiHoy may assign its rights under this Agreement; you may do so to anyone who agrees to be bound by its terms.
