The government simplifies the regulatory framework of the Work Risk System
The Human Capital Ministry approved Resolution 35/2026, which simplifies the regulatory framework of the Workers' Compensation System. This measure aims to eliminate obsolete regulations and provide clearer legal access, thereby reducing the administrative burden for the State and citizens. The resolution also includes an update to the Institutional Digest of the Superintendency to reflect the regulatory changes and streamline processes.
