The national government raised the electricity consumption cap with a bonus to 200 kWh
The National Government increased the consumption limit for electricity bonuses to 200 kWh, resulting in an average bill increase of 1.75% for electricity and 1.40% for natural gas. This measure benefits users of EDENOR and EDESUR in Buenos Aires and includes an extraordinary electricity bonus of 75% and a 74.5% for natural gas. The Government emphasizes its commitment to protecting the most vulnerable while aiming to maintain tariff normalization and fiscal goals.
