Zhoue went from over 24 franchises to two locations and owes almost 6 billion pesos
Zowner SA, the company behind the women's clothing brand Zhoue, has filed for preventive creditor proceedings due to liabilities of $5.939,8 million and a reduction to only two retail locations. The firm, which once operated over 24 franchises, now faces severe financial problems resulting in 702 bounced checks. The difficulties began after a significant increase in production for the winter season of 2023, followed by an unusual warming trend that impacted sales.
