IMF expects recovery of domestic demand and growth for Argentina in 2027
The International Monetary Fund (IMF) projects that Argentina's economic activity will grow by 2.2% in 2027, driven by the recovery of domestic demand. Despite weaker expectations compared to previous estimates, the IMF sees opportunities to attract investments and improve productivity in the country. However, it also warns about inflation arising from food and fuel prices, particularly affecting vulnerable sectors.
